Fitness Room

TSB Fitness Room hours of operation are Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM.   Hours of operation are tentative based on usage.

The Technology Support Building offers complete use of its up-to-date fitness room to Penn State IT staff and TSB residents (non Penn State IT).

Our fitness room boasts top-of-line exercise and strength training equipment, including:

• 4 Precor treadmills
• 4 Precor elliptical machines
• 1 Precor recumbent bike
• PowerLift squat rack
• Free weights with racks and 3 adjustable benches

Maximum room capacity is 15.

                                                       

Your Penn State id+Card is required for access to the fitness room.  Please see the front desk or send an email to PennStateITFacilities@psu.edu with any  problems or questions about card swipe access.

In order to apply for a TSB Gym membership, please Click here to submit your request. Penn State IT Facilities team will process your request.

Locker Rooms

• Our locker rooms are available to all gym members.  Lockers are for temporary storage of belongings, and any locks secured to storage compartments must be removed after use.  
• Locker rooms include walk-in showers for your convenience.  Towels are not supplied, and are the employee’s responsibility.
